Project Description
Alpine Immune Services’ new headquarters features a partial build-out of the second floor of The Atrium, a new biotechnology building in the Eastlake Hub. The 27,000-sf project consisting of laboratory and office spaces includes bold architectural design, high-end finishes, and an open, collaborative lab area.
Our Approach
Westlake Consulting Group diligently worked with the Owner and the project team to provide continuous cost input on design decisions and streamline construction work, which resulted in the project being completed on time and under budget. Westlake also provided move planning and management services, which ensured a successful move day and a smooth start of operations.
