CASE STUDY: ADAPTIVE BIOTECHNOLOGIES CORPORATION
With the full integration of Adaptive’s operations and facilities team, DayOne provided a variety of tailored services to support Adaptive’s growing needs for their real estate portfolio. This complex, multi-phased, multi-location laboratory, warehouse, and office project included leading the coordination of 20 individual lab and office moves over a 15-month period, with special considerations for equipment validations and certifications that support research, development, and manufacturing.
DayOne also supported the modernization of Adaptive’s furniture program from the existing four buildings housing their 500 employees, implemented decommissioning strategies, and coordinated with all user groups to manage equipment lists, furniture and lab equipment procurement, and all moves.
