Andrew’s project management experience is informed by his hands-on background in general contracting and an intimate knowledge of the development process. His diverse project experience includes high-rise construction, multi-family, laboratory, life science, shell and core office, and corporate office tenant improvements. Andrew’s collaborative work style and engaging demeanor create memorable experiences for both clients and colleagues.

 Andrew holds a degree in construction management and a certificate in commercial real estate development from the University of Washington. He volunteers for several local organizations including Community for Youth, Obliteride, the Montlake Club, and NAIOP. He enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife and daughters, playing golf and basketball, cycling, cheering on the Dawgs, and (attempting) home improvement projects.
