Brent’s construction management approach is directly informed by his past experience managing projects from the role of general contractor. With this understanding of physical construction, sequencing, phasing, and budgeting, he’s able to analyze challenges from every angle to arrive at a considered, thoughtful solution. Brent takes pride in leading projects with a proactive, level-headed perspective, one that encourages all stakeholders, regardless of experience or status, to make valuable contributions throughout each phase of a project. He is consistently recognized for having an optimistic, “do what it takes” attitude that fosters teamwork and positivity among project teams.

Outside the office, Brent can be found taking advantage of everything the San Diego area has to offer, moving between land, mountains, and sea while hiking, climbing, skiing, and surfing with friends
