Kaitlin tackles challenges head-on, providing clients with a fresh and distinct perspective, while managing each detail meticulously and effectively communicating their impact to her clients. Her depth of experience ranges from residential high-rises to biotech tenant improvements to retail renovations and office tenant improvements. Kaitlin’s perspective is enhanced by her dual degree in architecture and construction management from the University of Washington.

In her free time, Kaitlin can be found chasing down fresh powder on her snowboard, experiencing the outdoors, reading, and attending concerts.
