Project Description

WCG worked with Silverback Therapeutics, a privately held biotechnology startup, on a tenant improvement to their offices located in the South Lake Union BioMed Reality (BMR) building. We provided project management as well as design and pre-construction services for the 19,400 sf project.

Our Approach

WCG acted as the project manager throughout pre-construction. We offered guidance and helped in evaluation to award the design and construction teams, lead furniture procurement, managed all permit milestones, and maintained open communication between all parties. The WCG team also managed both tenant and landlord allowances and reimbursements throughout the process.
