Project Description

The sister building to Cirrus, Stratus is a mixed-use residential tower located in downtown Seattle at the corner of 9th and Lenora. This 43-story high-rise contains 396 luxury apartment units, nearly 20,000-sf of amenity space for residents, 10,000-sf of retail space, and six levels of below grade parking.

Our Approach

Building on the success of Cirrus with the same core project team, WCG fostered effective communication on behalf of the out of town developer, GID. Services included monitoring contractor costs and schedule, subconsultant coordination, utility coordination, and weekly/monthly reports describing project progress. The WCG team also worked regularly with the contractor during the punch/acceptance process to ensure that the finished product was nothing short of exceptional. Upon occupancy WCG also provided landlord coordination services for the retail build-outs.
