Project Description

The Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) was one of multiple TI projects Westlake completed for Swedish Health Services on their Downtown Seattle campus. Though temporary permitted for four years, this two-story building was held to the Department of Health’s standards for both cleanliness and air pressurization requirements.

Our Approach

WCG monitored the entirety of the construction process and served as representative for the hospital director and mangers. We actively participated with the project team and commissioning agent, communicating all sterilization requirements and tracking their successful compliance prior to occupancy.
